FREE STANDARD SHIPPING ON ALL ORDERS OVER $100.00

Free standard shipping on purchases of $100.00 or more is valid online only. Orders usually arrive in 5-7 business days. Offer based on merchandise total and does not include taxes or any additional charges. Additional fees apply for expedited shipping and multiple shipping destinations. Offer not valid in stores. Not valid on previous purchases.

*Shipping & handling costs are determined by the dollar amount of your order before taxes.

* We do not ship or deliver on Sunday. Orders placed after 12:00PM (CST) Saturday or Sunday will be processed Monday.

STANDARD SHIPPING

Your order will arrive within 5-7 business days from the date it was shipped. Processing may take up to 3-5 business days. Orders made on the weekend will be processed on the following business day. (Due to the up coming holidays there may be an additional delay in processing, please allow up to an extra 1-2 business days.) Standard delivery is available for shipping to Alaska, Hawaii, U.S. territories, PO boxes and rural routes.


PRIORITY SHIPPING

Orders placed before 12:00 noon (CST) will arrive within 2 to 3 business days from the date it was shipped. please allow 3 business day for processing.

  

SHIPPING TIME

It usually takes about 3-5 business day for us to process your order. As soon as we have verified all of your information, your order will ship and we will send you a shipping confirmation email.


BILLING PROCESS

All credit card orders will be charged once your order is placed. Once we receive credit card authorization, the funds will be reserved up to 30 days depending on the bank (please check the policy of your bank). If you are paying with a debit card, please verify with your bank if there are limitations pertaining to daily withdrawals on your card. GoShopMalaikaRobbins LLC reserves the the right to request additional identification. REFUND POLICY

 At GoShopMalaikaRobbins.com, We would like you to be completely satisfied and happy with your online purchase. Ordering online can be tricky - especially when it comes to purchasing lingerie but of course we want you to love your items as much as we do. If for some reason you don't, most items can be returned within 7 days of receipt. 


    • Items must be unworn, unwashed, and have original tags attached. Shoes must be unworn, show no signs of wear, and returned in their original packaging.

    • Items must be free of stains, makeup, deodorant, or wear.

    • All returns must include an order packing slip or return invoice from Online Return Portal that clearly indicates which items are being returned. If this is not filled out correctly, your return may experience issues in processing.

    • When sending back items from multiple orders, you must fill out an order packing slip for each applicable order.

    • We do not accept returns on UNDERWEAR, LINGERIE, ROBES, PAJAMAS, JEWELRY, HANDBAGS, ACCESSORIES, SWIM, BODYSUITS if the hygienic slip is removed

    • No refunds will be issued for merchandise on SALE

    • All returns are refunded via store credit in the form of a GoShopMalaikaRobbins.com gift card.

    • We are not liable for any return packages that may become lost or stolen in-transit. Please keep your proof of postage and/or return tracking number when shipping back your returns.

    • Returns are processed within 5-7 business days after your item(s) are delivered to us.

    • Damaged, defective, or incorrect items must be reported within 7 days of delivery.
